The request, then the work
How a printing quote works
A printing quote on this website is a written request followed by a human reply. The form does not manufacture anything, charge a card, or book a delivery. If a job goes ahead, that happens only after the specification is confirmed outside the form.
You can start from printing services or go straight to the quote form. The six steps below are the whole path this site is built to support.
1. Choose a printing service
Pick the closest match: cards, posters, documents, flyers and brochures, banners and signs, stickers and labels, or booklets and catalogs. If the job is a postcard, an invitation, a menu, stationery, or a binding question, choose the nearest service and name the extra piece in the details. Those items do not have their own pages, and the form will not send you to a missing one.
The choice tells us where to start. Add the size and finish you have in mind in the project details.
2. Share your project details
The useful note includes quantity, finished size, and anything that changes the object: paper, fold, binding, mounting, or the surface a label has to stick to. A file is optional. Accepted attachments are PDF, PNG, JPG, WEBP, and TIFF up to 8 MB. Archives and executable files are refused.
Write the project in your own words. A short, specific note is more useful than a long list of adjectives. If you do not know the paper, say so.
3. Receive a quote
When the request is saved, the page shows a reference number. A quote, if we send one, comes back by email or phone. The form does not display a price, and saving it is not the same thing as receiving a quote. Keep the reference number for any follow-up.
4. Review the specifications
Read the size, the material, the quantity, and the file notes in the reply. Color on a screen is not a match for every paper. A proof is included only if the reply says so. If something in the reply does not match the file you sent, answer before you agree to anything.
5. Confirm the order
An order exists when both sides confirm the specification in writing. The website form is not that confirmation. Payment terms, if a job proceeds, belong in that later message. Do not put card numbers in the form. This site has no checkout.
6. Arrange production and fulfillment
Timing, shipping, and handoff are agreed for a confirmed job. They are not set by this website. If a date matters, include it as a question in the request.
To correct a request you already sent, reply with the reference number. Sending the full form again creates a separate request.
