Flat flyer
One side or two. Give the flat size, such as 8.5×11 or 5.5×8.5 inches.
Flyers and brochures
Request flyers and brochure printing together. Share the flat size, fold, paper, and quantity before anything is printed.

Flyer printing services and brochure printing services are grouped here because the file questions overlap: flat size, fold, paper, and quantity. A flyer is usually a single sheet. A brochure is a sheet that folds, or a short multipage piece that is still not a bound booklet.
Pamphlet printing services and leaflet printing services are the same family. Use those words in the quote if that is what you call the piece. The details that matter are still the size and the fold, not the label.
One side or two. Give the flat size, such as 8.5×11 or 5.5×8.5 inches.
Name the fold and which panel is the cover. A tri-fold is easier to check when the file is built as a flat spread with fold guides, not as separate mystery pages.
A few panels or a light saddle piece. If the page count is high enough to need a spine, look at booklet printing instead.
Often a half-letter or a smaller sheet. Write the finished size after the fold, and the flat size before it.
Postcard printing, invitation printing, and menu printing do not have separate pages. They can be requested in this category when the piece is a card or a single folded sheet. A postcard needs a finished size and a note about whether the back is an address side or more artwork. This website does not provide postage, mailing lists, or a mailing service.
Invitation printing for a wedding or a business event should include the card size, the envelope if you need one, and the quantity. Menu printing should include the sheet size and whether you are asking about lamination. Lamination is not assumed. It is a question in the quote, next to binding and laminating when the menu is more than a single sheet.
Export the flat size, including bleed if the color runs to the edge. Mark folds in the file or describe them in the note: “tri-fold, cover on the right panel.” If the panels are unequal, say so. Equal thirds are a common assumption and they are often wrong for the file you actually have.
Photos should be placed at the size they will print. Small type on a folded panel is your choice. Mention it if the piece will be read at arm’s length so the quote is not treated like a poster.
A stack for an event. Quantity is the main variable. A date on the artwork does not reserve a production slot.
If you will mail the cards, design the address side for that. Papriva does not drop the pieces in the mail.
Campaigns often pair a flyer with poster printing. Put both sizes in one request if the art is shared.
Name the piece in the first sentence: flyer, tri-fold, postcard, invitation, or menu.
Add the fold if there is one.
Only if you actually need them. Each one has to be confirmed.
You will get a saved request, not a printed stack and not a receipt for payment.
They can. List each piece, its size, and its quantity so they are not blended into one guess.
No. Postcard printing on this site is a print request. Postage and mailing are not arranged here.
No. Ask if you want that considered. The answer belongs in the quote.
Write the flat size, the fold, and the quantity. Mention postcards, invitations, or menus in the same details if they belong to the project.
