Flexible banner
Usually a hem and a way to hang it. Ask about grommets or a pole pocket if you need them. They are not added silently.
Banners and signs
Request vinyl printing services for banners and signs. Describe the size, material, and where the piece will hang. Availability is confirmed in the quote.

Vinyl printing services on this page means banners and signs, not vehicle wraps and not clothing. Custom banner printing services need a finished size, a material note, and a sentence about where the piece will hang or stand. A banner print shop request is the same idea: describe the object, then wait for a quote.
Sign printing services cover rigid boards as well as flexible vinyl. The hardware, the stand, and the outdoor life of the sign are not included just because you asked for a sign. Name them if you need them considered.
Usually a hem and a way to hang it. Ask about grommets or a pole pocket if you need them. They are not added silently.
A board that leans, mounts, or stands. Include thickness only if you already depend on a specific one.
Say which it is. A weekend outdoors and a permanent storefront sign are different requests, and neither is promised by this page.
If the banner is the large piece in a wider project, you can also note large format printing. The size in feet or inches still has to be written out.
Write width and height, and say which edge is the top. Banner files are often built in feet. Either unit is fine if it is labeled. A 3 by 6 foot banner is not the same file as a 2 by 6.
Vinyl, fabric, and rigid board take ink differently. If you care about a matte surface or a material that rolls into a small bag, say so. The quote confirms the material. This page does not publish a substrate catalog.
Viewing distance changes how much detail is useful. A banner read from across a room does not need the same small type as a brochure. Build the file at the final proportion. If the art was designed as a poster, say the original size so it is not stretched to the banner without you noticing.
Keep logos and type inside a safe margin. If the banner will have grommets, leave the corners clear and mention that you did. Outline fonts in the PDF when you can.
A backdrop or a crowd-facing banner. Pair it with poster printing only if you also need paper posters.
An indoor sign with a known width. Measure the opening if the sign has to fit it.
A small sign next to labels still needs its own size. Do not assume the sticker file can be enlarged.
Put the size in the first line.
Hung on a rod, tied at the corners, leaned on a wall, or something else.
Grommets, hems, and stands are separate lines in the details.
The form does not reserve material or a hanging date.
Installation is not offered on this website. The quote is for the printed piece unless a later message says otherwise.
Vinyl printing services are the usual request. If you need a different material, name it. Availability is part of the answer, not the form.
Yes. Label the unit. Feet and inches should not be mixed without saying which number is which.
Send the finished size, the material you have in mind, and where the banner or sign will be used.
