Document printing services are for presentations, handouts, reports, and other page sets that stay loose or are simply clipped. A bound booklet is a different request. If the pages need a spine, use booklet printing and mention the document only as the source file.
Color printing services are part of the same request. Say whether the set is color, black only, or mixed. Copy and printing services, in the sense of “please print this many sets from my file,” fit this page.
What to specify
Sets
Ten copies of a 12-page deck is different from one copy. Write both numbers.
Paper
Ordinary white pages and a heavier cover sheet should be called out separately if the set is mixed.
Color
Color printing services need a note about which pages are color if the file is mixed. Otherwise say “color throughout.”
Plans, scans, and files that are not a simple PDF
Blueprint and plan sets can be described here. Include the sheet size and the number of sheets. This page does not claim a reprographics shop or a guaranteed line weight. The quote is where that file type is accepted or declined.
Scanning a paper original is not offered as a standard service on this website. If you only have paper, say so. Do not assume the pages can be scanned and printed from the form alone.
Preparing document files
One PDF, with pages in the final order, is the clearest handoff. If the deck is a slide export, check that the export is the size you want on paper, not the size of the screen. Speaker notes should be removed unless you want them printed.
Fonts that are not embedded may substitute. Outlining or embedding them in the PDF avoids that surprise. If the document is a spreadsheet, export the print area yourself so the page breaks are yours.

Meetings
A short run of the same deck. Say if each person needs a staple, a clip, or loose pages. Stapling is a small finishing note, not a bound booklet.
Leave-behinds
If the pages should stay in order as a booklet, switch to booklet printing services.
With a handout
A document plus a flyer can be one quote if you describe both pieces.
