Privacy policy

Updated November 5, 2026.

This policy describes how this website handles personal information. It is written to match the site as it is built. It is not a claim that the site has been certified under every privacy law in the United States.

Who operates this website

Papriva Print Studio operates this website and receives quote requests through it. For privacy questions, use the email or phone below, or the quote form.

  • Email [email protected]
  • Phone +1 (614) 918-7051

Privacy requests can be sent to [email protected] or through the quote form. Put “Privacy request” in the project details if you use the form.

Information the quote form collects

If you submit the form, the site asks for:

  • Full name, which is required.
  • Email address, which is required.
  • Phone number, which is optional.
  • Printing service, which is required and chosen from a fixed list.
  • Estimated quantity, which is optional.
  • Project details, which are required.
  • An optional file, limited to PDF, PNG, JPG, WEBP, or TIFF, up to 8 MB.
  • A required confirmation that you have read this policy.

The form also includes a hidden field meant to catch automated submissions. You are not asked to fill it in. Do not send payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other people’s sensitive information in the project details.

Why requests are processed

Quote details are used to read the request, decide whether a quote can be prepared, reply to you, keep a record of what was asked, and protect the form from abuse. They are not used to build an advertising profile. The site does not have an account system, a newsletter signup, or a checkout.

How information is stored

A valid request is stored in a private database on the hosting server, outside the public website folder. An uploaded file is stored in that same private area under a generated filename. If the request cannot be stored there, the form says it was not saved. Customer details are not published on the website.

The database stores a one-way hash of the network address with the request so repeated posts can be limited. It does not need to store the address itself for that check. The hash cannot be used as a general location lookup by the website.

Technical logs

The hosting provider may keep ordinary web server logs, such as the address that connected, the browser type, the URL, and the time. Those logs are controlled by the host’s settings. The application also writes a private mail log with the quote reference and whether the mail transport accepted a notification. That log is not published on the website.

Email and hosting providers

When email delivery is set up, the quote notification is sent to the studio inbox shown on this page. The form tells you whether that notification was accepted. Acceptance by the mail service is not the same as seeing the message in an inbox. If email delivery is not available, the form still confirms that the request was saved and says that no email was sent. The hosting provider stores the site and the private database. Quote details are not sent to an advertising network.

Contractors receive information only when they need it to host the site or carry a notification the operator configured. There is no separate analytics vendor, advertising vendor, or payment processor connected to this website.

Selling and sharing

Personal information collected through this site is not sold. It is not shared for cross-context behavioral advertising. The only disclosures described above are hosting, optional email delivery, and disclosures required by law or needed to protect the site and its users from abuse. If that practice changes, this page will be updated before the new practice starts.

How long information is kept

When a new quote is saved, the application deletes quote records whose stored time is older than 24 months. It also deletes the matching private file when the stored filename is one the uploader generated. A newer record stays until you ask for deletion, until that cleanup runs, or until a longer period is needed to finish a project you and the operator have confirmed or to meet a legal duty. You may ask for earlier deletion using the contact method on this page. A request that is still needed to answer you may be kept until that conversation is finished. When a new submission is checked, rate-limit rows older than one hour are deleted. Single-use form-token hashes are deleted when they are used, when a new token is issued, or when they are older than 15 minutes. Hosting logs follow the host’s own retention, which this site does not control.

Access, correction, and deletion

You may ask for a copy of the quote information the site holds about you, ask for a correction, or ask for deletion. Use the contact method at the top of this page. Include enough detail to find the record, such as the email address you used and the reference number if you have one. The operator may need to confirm that the request comes from the same person. Some information may be retained when the law requires it or when it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.

Rights that may apply in some US states

Residents of some states, including California and other states with consumer privacy statutes, may have rights to know, access, correct, or delete personal information, and to appeal a refusal. This site does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. Not every state law applies to every small website, and this policy does not claim that a particular statute has been formally assessed for this operator. You can still send a request, and it will be handled in line with this policy and with duties that actually apply.

Security

The form uses a security token to reduce forged posts, a limit of 10 submissions an hour from the same network, checks on uploaded files, and private storage for saved requests. With JavaScript, the browser requests a single-use token just before sending. The server keeps only a hash of that token and deletes it when the form is sent or after 15 minutes. That request does not set a cookie. Without JavaScript, the form sends the session token described in the cookie policy. The published site is served over HTTPS. These measures reduce risk. They do not make storage or email perfectly safe. Do not send information you would not want kept with a project request.

Children

The site is not directed to children, and the form should not be used to send information about a child.

Cookies

The only cookie the application sets is described in the cookie policy. It is a necessary session cookie for the quote form.
