Terms and conditions

These terms cover use of the Papriva Print Studio website. They match what the site actually does: it explains printing services and accepts quote requests. It is not an online store.

Website usage

You may read the pages and send a quote request for a lawful print project. Do not misuse the form, attempt to break the site, upload malware, or send files you do not have the right to share. The operator may ignore or refuse a request that looks abusive or unlawful.

Requesting printing services

Service pages describe how to specify common print pieces. They are not a warranty that a particular size, material, finish, or date is available. Where the site is unsure, it says the question belongs in a quote. A reply may decline a job.

Quote requests

Submitting the form asks for a quote. It does not create an order, a contract to print, or a duty to accept the job. A later message is a quote only if it says what is being offered. Until both sides confirm the specification, there is no confirmed order. Prices are not listed on the site. Any price in a later quote applies only to the job that quote describes.

Artwork and customer files

You are responsible for the content of files you upload and for having the rights needed to print them. The operator may use those files to review the request and, if a job is later confirmed, to produce that job. Files that fail the type or size checks are rejected and are not kept as attachments. Do not upload other people’s sensitive personal information, payment card data, or a mailing list you are not prepared to discuss.

Intellectual property

The text, layout, and original images on this website belong to the operator, except for files you submit. You keep your rights in your artwork. Sending a quote request does not transfer your artwork to the operator beyond the limited use described above. You may not copy the site’s pages or images for your own commercial site.

Order approval

Production does not start from the website form. Specifications should be reviewed and confirmed in writing. If a quote and the file disagree, the written confirmation controls, not an assumption drawn from a webpage.

Production specifications

Sizes, paper, vinyl, binding, and finishes are whatever the confirmed quote says. Examples on the service pages, such as a 3.5 by 2 inch card or an 18 by 24 inch poster, are common ways to describe a job. They are not a promise that every example is stocked or that color will match your screen.

Changes and cancellations

Before a quote is accepted, you may withdraw the request by sending a follow-up with the reference number. After a project is confirmed in a later message, changes and cancellations follow that confirmation. This website does not promise a cancellation window, a reprint policy, or a refund policy, because it does not take payment.

Payment

This website does not accept payment. If a project moves forward, any payment terms will be stated in the quote or the confirmation. Do not send card numbers, bank details, or gift-card codes through the form.

Delivery or collection

The site does not offer shipping rates, pickup locations, or delivery dates. If a confirmed job later includes shipping, collection, or another handover, that arrangement will be described in the confirmation. Nothing on these pages is a delivery promise.

Limitations of liability

The pages are an explanation and a way to ask for a quote. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for lost profits, or for decisions made only from website copy, when a quote was never confirmed. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that cannot legally be limited. No dollar cap is stated here, because a governing contract has not been published on this site.

Applicable law

These website terms do not name a governing state. If a written confirmation for a specific project names the law that applies to that project, the confirmation controls for that project.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the date at the top of this page will change with them. The updated terms apply to new use of the site and to new quote requests. A project that was already confirmed in writing keeps the terms of that confirmation.
